Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.
- Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your renewal.
- Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, and your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law or under the terms of our published guarantee. On cancellation, your hosted site may be taken offline.
Hosting and domains
Starter sites are hosted on a subdomain of verifiedlocalpro.com. Pro and Premium plans support connecting your own custom domain. You are responsible for registering and renewing any custom domain you own. Your right to the verifiedlocalpro.com subdomain lasts only while your subscription is active.
