Site Praetorian is a service operated by Hyams Digital Solutions, based in Tennessee, United States. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to [email protected].

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to build and bill for your website:

  • Contact and signup details you submit: business name, your name, email, phone, service area, industry, and any message.
  • Billing information processed by Stripe when you subscribe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, collected by our hosting provider to keep the service secure and available.

How we use it

  • To build, deploy, and maintain your website.
  • To process your subscription and send billing-related notices.
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide support.

Service providers

We share information only with the processors we rely on to run the service, and only as needed:

  • Stripe, for payments and subscription billing.
  • Supabase, for our customer database.
  • Cloudflare, for hosting and content delivery.
  • Resend, for transactional email.
  • Telegram, for our own internal notifications.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time. Cancelling your subscription is covered in our Terms of Service.

Cookies

Our marketing site uses minimal, essential cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
